Q: Are there sales tax on purchases?


A: Hammond, Indiana, sales tax is 7% and applicable for ticket and product purchases.


Q: What if I want to be a sponsor for the event?


A: For inquiries, contact Jimmy Nelson at (219) 301-7759.


Q: Are pets allowed?


A: Only service animals are allowed.


Q: Will there be any opportunities to meet the cast?


A: Yes, there will be opportunities. However, meals won't be provided publicly but may be available for purchase.


Q: How many people can attend the event?


A:  Approximately 10,000 people.


Q: Can I record the event?


A: Recording or live streaming of the event is not allowed.


Q:  Is there an age restriction?


A:  No age limit


Q: Can I bring my own item to be signed?


A:  Yes, attendees are welcome to bring their own items for autographs. The cost for autographs varies based on the size of the item and the actor signing it. However, for security reasons, BBGuns or any gun-related items are strictly prohibited at the event. Attendees can find all pricing details and guidelines in the Attendee portal, which is accessible after registering and securing a ticket.


Q: How much does it cost to get an autograph?


A: Autograph pricing is variable and depends on several factors, including the size of the item and the actor providing the autograph. Attendees can find comprehensive pricing information in the Attendee portal. Access to this portal is granted upon securing an event ticket.


Q: How do I access my ticket(s)?


A: After securing tickets, attendees will receive three emails:

  • 1. A confirmation email containing important information and additional instructions.


  • 2. A receipt email, which should arrive within 15-35 minutes of purchase (attendees are advised to check their spam folder if it's not visible in the inbox).

  • 3. An email with the actual tickets, which can be downloaded or added to an Apple Wallet. This email also allows for the reassignment of tickets to other individuals by entering their name and contact information.


Q: I got multiple tickets, can I change who the ticket belongs to?

 

A:  Yes, ticket holders have the flexibility to reassign tickets to different individuals. This can be done by accessing the specific ticket in the email, scrolling to the bottom, and entering the new attendee's name and contact information. The ticket will then be automatically reassigned and sent to the new attendee via email or text.


Q: How can I go back and purchase more items? 


A: For additional purchases, attendees can log in to their Attendee portal at Ralphie Returns Home Attendee Login. Once logged in, navigate to the GIFT SHOP Tab to browse and purchase various items related to the event.
